I firstly wanna thank Anjali Dubey for being such a great Mentor. She has immense knowledge of what she teaches, she is a person who is very dedicated and committed towards her work. And what makes her stand out is, she sticks to the expectations that she would set at the beginning of the course. And I must say she very strict throughout the course and that really shows how dedicated she is towards her work and how committed she is. I learnt to be make the most of my capacity and ability

I became more calm and composed.

I joined EI fundamentals taken by Anjali Dubey and it was a life changing decision of mine.I feel I became more calm and composed .Now if any thing triggers me i first calm myself with the breathing technique she taught us .Once you are in control of your mind the next step to take becomes clearer. Now I respond don’t react . Feel that I am better equipped to deal with the challenges of my life. I am a very emotional and sensitive person. When I came across the advertisement of Emotional Intelligence Class by Anjali Mam I felt, “Yes, she is the coach I am looking for my emotional health.” And I was right. She has the magic of taking us to our innermost thoughts and feelings. Lots of exercises, role plays and breakout room conversations help us in getting clarity. Before explaining anything she makes us come up with our perceptions of that concept and then helps us to understand right meaning. This approach really makes her unique. I can say that in her class she is in passive mode and her students are in active mode.

She has really given good insight on self awareness, self regulation, acceptance, social awareness, self love, empathy and beliefs.

Thanks so much for the course Anjali! I really enjoyed the session and the personal attention helped a lot. For me some of the key learnings which helped me were:

1) how my thoughts reinforce feelings and vice Versa and I need to take charge of my energy, physiology and breathing to change feeling

2) the cup of confidence – how awareness of strengths and reframing of weakness as skills required can make you more confident

3) tools like bloating chest, tapping on head and asking do i want to think it are super helpful!!

I met Anjali to try to clear up some ambiguity at work, but instead of that, I realized that I had personal problems, including a lack of courage to seek the proper support.

Thank you for the wonderful session.

I attended the one week’s emotional agility awareness programme. It sure is an amazing start up to the journey of knowing and working on oneself.

What I liked about it was the time it was scheduled at – first thing in the morning! It gave me the whole day to work on and observe my emotions. It also was the best time as the brain is less cluttered with the events of the day.

I enjoyed meeting and interacting with new people
The tips you suggested were practical and simple

Whatever came up was handled, no information withheld for another time.

A routine structure was followed – it would help to state this structure to participants. Breathing – situation and questions – groups – large group – strategies / alterations – discussion – laughter the best medicine!

It is actually impossible not to keep track of my emotions now.. It’s become a habit and I am enjoying it.
