NLP has a powerful techniques to release from Trauma.
Book A Trial Trauma Healing Session
Releasing trauma is a very old technique of NLP. People can have a phobia of past negative instances, like accidents, and having a failure experience can also be stuck as deep trauma in the body; in apprehension, people can imagine and actualise the same negative experience that happened in the past.
I usually apply two different techniques to help clients with Trauma. In severe cases, both techniques can be used to relax in Traume.
- Ram-Decoding - It is a hypnotic, a powerful technique to release Trauma. Changing brain images quickly and releasing visual impact.
- Second is the five-step process in releasing Traume- but it is worth living and living a life of freedom.
- Process: The healing process begins with awareness, impact, eliciting behaviour change and analysing and eliciting information structure. Trauma release in Mumbai, Internal Institute of NLP, gave wonderful results to trauma patients.
- Five-step process:
• Dissociation
• Anchoring
• Rapport
• Belief change process
• Content reframing
- Sub-modality elicitation and dissociations also worked well with Trauma Patients.
The strategy selection depends on the intensity and the description provided by the client. It is a quick way of releasing deeply formed trauma images.
The Institute of NLP Mumbai provides all the above techniques: Ram decoding, a five-step process to release deep Trauma, and sub-modality elicitation.
Each technique begins with the awareness process. This process clarifies the impact of trauma and supports identifying the intensified states and sensory experiences.
What is Trauma
Trauma is a state.
Trauma is when you experience frightful, distressing and fearful incidents or events. It could be one event or an ongoing event that caused the traumatic experience. It can be a short or a long-lived state. You can experience the same on and off by memorising. One can have multiple traumatic experiences in one's life.
One person experiences similar happy events, and that brings a lot of power and resourcefulness. To further clarify, a person, wherever he is showcasing the art, gets appreciation. Similarly, a person can have multiple negative, frightful experiences; this accumulation of consistent bad experiences forms severe traumatic states.
An ongoing event for days, weeks or months can also create a traumatic impact.

Through Symptoms and states, therapists, NLP practitioners or counsellors identify or take help as trauma effects affect routine.
- Stuck states / stuck eyes: Freezing body, freezing eyes where body is not responding. Usually this has been noticed when clients are in similar negative environment.
- Anxiety - anxiety is a common symptom seeing in traum patients. Just by thinking or imagining or being in that environment one can be anxious. And impact extends to self, and in the environment.
- Disturb sleep: This is a very generic character, either sleeping unconsciously-unconscious deep leep or disturb sleed both had been noticed.
- Irritation, sudden reactions or quick reactions- Trauma is a state where person is in the state of fear unconsciously. A small things can trigger to reactions.
- Memory loss, easily forgetting things- Forgetting small small things, is a common factor that has been noticed by the psychologists and researchers.
Behaviours that escalate Trauma and Anxieties:
- Reliving the negative experiences or event
- Seeing those fearful situations, people and event

- Repetitive similar experiences
- Being in the same environment without the healing process and
When I spoke to one of my clients, the way he described the trauma- is like whenever he sees an X people in the environment, he freezes, and a complete blackout appears.
When I asked him what would happen next, I feared being in the same state again and again, but whenever he was there, it happened.
I asked: Fear about what?
Client- the person would get angry with me whenever there is a blackout, and I can’t see anything; my eyes freeze.
I asked- Eyes freeze, then what
The client replied eyes look different. Eyes freeze, become harsh, spread and look big.
I asked - When do you know that this is happening?
Client- when I come back.
People can have different experiences and patterns to express.
How Body and brain are responding after the trauma can be different to each individual.
